Handmade flowers

It's challenge day today at cowgirl sunday stamp'en challenge and the theme is Handmade flowers.

Here's the card I made for today's challenge:

I used one of the new Cowgirl images called Cup's pretty flowers which can be found here! I colored it with my copics. Used different cardstock. And on every corner there is my handmade flower with in the centre a button to finish it off.

Happy happy birthdaycard!

This cute fairy stamps i have colored with copics. I stamped the flowers as well, in the middle is a little gem. The bright colors makes it a happy, happy birthday card!

Deze lieve fairy stempels heb ik ingekleurd met copics. Ik heb de bloemen ook gestempeld, en in het hart van de bloem is een steentje. De heldere kleuren maken het een vrolijke happy birthday kaart!

These are the freebie digistamps of Meljen's designs which i colored with copics. The teal background is embossed with lines to make it decorative. Around the card is a band that you can take off, and then you can open the card and you see the message "happy birthday".

Dit zijn de freebie digistempsl van Meljen's design die ik ingekleurd heb met copics. De blauwe achtergrond heb ik geembost met lijnen. Om de kaart zit een band die je van de kaart kan afhalen en wanneer je de kaart opent zie je de "happy birthday" tekst.

Soldier campaign 12th of September 2010.

On September 12th, Cowgirl's 'Coming home' campaign starts, we'll be asking you to make a Christmas card (or you can make more than one) for a soldier to send home to his family.

People can make as many cards as they would like, just please no shiny stuff or glitter. It can endanger the soldiers lives. This is a request by the people we will be sending the cards too.

There'll be some great prizes from our sponsors, Cowgirl Up, Whiff of Joy and Whimsy Stamps so put the date in your diary and don't miss out on a chance to help someone have a happy Christmas and to win a fab prize too.

Op 12 September begint een campaign bij Cowgirl's blogspot. We vragen je dan om een kerstkaarte maken (of meer dan eentje natuurlijk) voor een soldaat, die dan een kerstkaartje naar familie thuis kan sturen.

Now you see a small part of the pocket in the middle

And this is the birthdayticket!

This is a really cute stamp from CJ i used for this card. It is colored with copics. I kept this card rather simple because i think the stamp and paper speaks for itselves. Sometimes less is more.

The sign "don't feed the animals" i hang on eyelets with thread. Thought it was funny thing on the card. In the middle is a small pocket with a 'happy birthday' ticket.

Ik heb deze lieve stempel van CJ gebruikt voor deze kaart. De stempel is ingekleurd met copics. Ik heb de kaart lekker simpel gehouden omdat de stempel en het papier voor zichzelf spreekt. 'minder is meer' in dit geval. Het bordje "don't feed the animals' heb ik opgehangen met draad en eyelets. Ik vond dat een grappig dingetje in de kaart. In het midden is een kleine pocket met een 'happy birthday' ticket.

Circle card

This is a circle card made with 4 different folded circles.

I decorated with different scrappapers and some Penny Black clear stamps (which i colored with copics) On the bottom are some small labels with text.

Dit is een cirkel kaart gemaakt met 4 verschillend gevouwen cirkels.

Ik heb het geheel gedecoreerd met verschillende soorten scrappapier en wat Penny Black clear stempels. (die ik heb ingekleurd met copics) Op de bodem van deze kaart zijn wat kleine labels met tekst.

This is kindof a purse to put cards in, or a present.

I have put one card in it, in style of the purse. I have folded this purse and decorated it with scrappaper in blue/grey and beige colors. I colored the stamps with my copics.

Dit is een soort tasje om kaartjes in te doen, of een kadootje.

Ik heb er een kaartje in gedaan in de steil van het tasje. Ik heb het tasje gevouwen en gedecoreerd met scrappaper in blauw/grijze/beigebruine kleuren. De stempels zijn ingekleurd met copics.

Piratecard for my nephew

This is a card i made for a nephew. I distressed the paper with brown ink and stamped some text on it in brown ink. The edges i really burned with a candle. It smells in the house now...;-) The background is an old landmap i printed from the internet and also burned.

Dit is een kaartje die ik heb gemaakt voor de verjaardag van mijn neefje. Ik heb het papier gedistresst met bruine inkt en daarna bestempeld met tekst in bruine inkt. De zijkanten heb ik gebrand met een kaars. Stinkt hier in huis....;-) De achtergrond is een oude landkaart die ik heb geprint en de zijkanten heb ik ook gebrand.
