On the front of the card i used a PB stamp which i colored with copics. The background with the blue snowflakes i made myself, i sponshed the blue snowflakes with the help of a stencil i have cut.

The white snowflakes are cut, put 2 on top of eachother and then a button on the middle. I colored them with a kind of 3d glittter.

The inside of the card has a snowflake pop up. Stamps are again from PB and colored with copics. I used this quote on the card: "A snowflake is winter's butterfly"

De voorkant van de kaart heb ik een stempel van PB gebruikt die ingekleurd is met copics.

De achtergrond heb ik ook zelf gemaakt mbv een zelfgemaakte sjabloon heb ik blauwe sneeuwvlokken gesponst.

De witte sneeuwvlokken zijn uitgesneden, 2 op elkaar, en dan een knoopje in het midden. Ze zijn bewerkt met een soort 3d glitter.

De binnenkant van de kaart heeft een sneeuwvlok pop up. Stempels zijn weer van PB en ingekleurd met copics. Aan de binnenkant de tekst "A snowflake is winter's butterfly"

This is for the ABC challenge: Weather

I made the background myself: I wiped wth green and blue paint and later on i have put the green dots on the paper with bubble wrap plastic. The stamp is colored with copic markers.

Dit is mijn bijdrage voor de ABC challenge: Het weer.

Ik heb de achtergrond zelf gemaakt: met groen en blauwe verf over het papier geveegd en met bubbel-plastic groene stippen gemaakt. De stempel is ingekleurd met copic markers.

Stack of envelopes or.....????

I made this box of envelopes.

It contains out of 10 envelopes all with cardboard in it.

Every envelope is cut with a little hole, a bit bigger then the match-box, so that the matchbox fits in on the end. Then glued the envelopes together (the hole alligned) The envelop on top doesn't have a cardboard in it. It is the top of the box, so it closes with that envelope. The yellow ribbon is as a decoration. As if the ribbon holds the stack of envelopes. In the decorated match-box i will put a tiny gift. You can pull the match-box out, with the little tiny ribbon-handle.

Ik heb dit doosje van enveloppen gemaakt.

Het bestaat uit 10 enveloppen met karton erin.

Elke envelop is een vierkantje uitgesneden (iets groter dan het luciferdoosje) zodat het luciferdoosje er net in past. Dan alle enveloppen op elkaar gelijmd. In de bovenste envelop zit geen karton. Dat is het deksel van het doosje. Het gele lintje is ter decoratie. Net alsof het lint de enveloppen bij elkaar houdt. In het gedecoreerde luciferdoosje stop ik een lief klein cadeautje. Je kunt het luciferdoosje er uit halen door aan het klein lintje te trekken.

Here is my entry for the ABC Challenge: O is for one paper This tag is folded out of one paper!

The stamp is colored with aqurel pencils. Used a flower to decorate her hair, and a little button on her skirt. This is not only a tag, but there is also space in it for 2 tea bags.

Dit is mijn bijdrage voor de ABC Challenge: O is for one paper. Deze tag is out 1 papiertje gevouwen! De stempel is ingekleurd met aquarel potloden. Ik heb een bloemetje gebruikt in haar haar, en een klein knoopje op haar jurk. Dit is niet alleen een tag, maar heeft ook ruimte voor 2 theezakjes.

ABC challenge: I is for Indigo Blue

Here is my entry for the ABC challenge: I is for Indigo blue. Good color for a card for a boy!

The boy stamp is from Sugar Nellie, and i colored it with aquarel pencils. I have put a tiny button on the jeans of the boy. The sentiment stamps are from Artjourney.

This is the first time i made this kind of card (easel card), and it is fun to make!

The "happy birthday" sentiment with the buttons keeps the card standing.

Hier is mijn bijdrage voor ABC challenge: I is voor Indigo blue. Leuke kaart voor een kaart voor een jongen!

De jongens stempel is van Sugar Nellie en ingekleurd met aquarel podloden. Ik heb een klein knoopje op zijn jeans gedaan. De tekst stempels zijn van Artjourney.

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik zo'n soort kaart heb gemaakt (easel kaart), en het was leuk om te maken! De "happy birthday" tekst met de knoopjes houden de kaart staande.

ABC challenge: H is for Hidden

This is the box i made for the ABC challenge: H is for Hidden.

Here is my box, and when you open it... suprise, suprise!

(note that the white paperclips are only to show the box, i don't have an extra pair hands to hold up the flaps of the box. It is rather difficult to photograph this box...)

The box is made with three a4 size papers.

I decorated them with Penny Black stamps (which i colored with aquarel pencils) and other embelishments like ribbons, buttons etc.

Dit is een doosje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de ABC challenge: verborgen

Hier is een doosje, en als je het opent... verrassing!!

(Let op, de witte paperclips zijn er om de flappen van het doosje omhoog te houden, ik had geen extra paar handen die dat voor me konden doen. Wel een beetje lastig om het doosje te fotograferen.)

Dit doosje is gemaakt van drie a4 vellen.

Ik heb het gedecoreerd met Penny Black stempels (die ik heb ingekleurd met aquarel podloden) en wat andere dingetjes zoals lintjes, knoopjes e.d.

ABC challenge: C is for Childs card

Here is my card for the ABC challenge: childs card.
For me these are very unusual colors, but i want to challenge myself by doing something different that is out of my comfort zone.
I think children like bright colors that why i used these.
The stamp is colored with aquarel pencils.

Hier is mijn kaart voor de ABC challenge: kaart voor kinderen.
Voor mij zijn dit zeer ongebruikelijke kleuren maar ik wil mezelf altijd uitdagen iets anders te doen dan ik gewend ben. Ik denk dat kinderen van deze vrolijke kleuren houden.
De stempel is ingekleurd met aquarel podloden.
Ik hoop dat je het leuk vindt.

ABC challenge: Oval

The theme for the ABC challenge is Oval.
So, i made this little oval booklet for the ABC Challenge
........and my mother in law ;-)
She happens to love cats, so i think she will appericiate this.
I think she will forgive me the dog on the front....;-)

The (clear) stamps are my new stamps from Penny Black.
I have coloured them with my aquarel pencils.
As always, you can click on it for a bigger version.

Het thema voor de ABC challenge is Ovaal.
Dus ik heb dit kleine boekje gemaakt voor de ABC challenge....
en mijn schoonmoeder! ;-)
Ze is gek op katten, dus ik denk dat ze dit wel kan waarderen.
Ik denk dat ze me de hond op de voorkant wel vergeeft...;-)

De (clear) stempels zijn mijn nieuwe stempelss van Penny Black.
Ik heb ze ingekleurd met aquarel podloden.

ABC challenge: J = Jewels

This is what i made for the ABC challenge with as theme Jewels.
The background is made with yellow and green ink.
Jewelstones in the corners.
On the watch i have put 3d glue, and then put some bling bling on it, so it gets a sparkly jewel watch. Hope you like it!

Dit heb ik gemaakt voor de ABC challenge, die als thema juwelen heeft.
De achtergrond is gemaakt met gele en groene inkt.
Juwelen in de hoeken.
Het horloge heb ik bewerkt met wat 3d lijm, en glitter erop gestrooid. Zo wordt het een lekker glimmend juwelen horloge.
Ik hooop dat je het leuk vindt.

ABC Challenge: B = Baby

This is what i made for the ABC Challenge.
Theme is B = Baby!
So i made this cute card with stamps of Artjourney.
I coloured the stamps with chalks.
Used several scrap-papers, some printables of Funky Fairys.
Embellishments with little baby shoes and i cut a flower out and draw some lines on it, so it fits the printables.

Dit heb ik gemaakt voor de ABC Challenge.
Het thema was B = Baby!
Dus ik heb deze lieve kaart gemaakt met stempels van Artjourney.
Ik heb de stempel ingekleurd met chalks.
Ik heb verschillende scrappapiertjes gebruikt, en printables van Funky Fairys.
Embellishments met kleine baby schoentjes en ik heb een bloem uit rubber geknipt en wat lijntjes er optekend zodat het bij de printables past.
